At BS Fragrance, we are committed to bringing the luxury of fragrance to your doorstep as swiftly and reliably as possible. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order is handled with care from our workshop to your home.

🇵🇰 Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Karachi: 3-7 business days after dispatch.

    • Other Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2-5 business days after dispatch.

    • Remote/Outlying Areas: Delivery may take 5-10 business days. We appreciate your patience.

  • Service Areas: We ship across Pakistan. Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide! For security, all COD orders may be subject to a quick telephonic verification. BS Fragrance reserves the right to process verified orders without a call during high-volume periods like sales and promotions.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently focus on delivering the best of Pakistani-inspired luxury fragrances within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

📦 Order Tracking & Updates

Your peace of mind is important to us. Shortly after your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey (please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout).

  • All delivery times are estimates and are provided by our courier partners. While we strive for punctuality, occasional delays due to weather, courier logistics, or public holidays are beyond our control.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. BS Fragrance is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • During major sale events or promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high volume.
